Woman’s Press Club offers free entry to communications contest

The National Federation of Press Women (NFPW) and its state affiliate, Woman’s Press Club of Indiana, have launched the 2017 NFPW High School Communications Contest.

As an extra incentive for advisers and their students to enter, the club is offering one free entry per school.

In addition, the club is offering a monetary prize to the three top state winners. The  first place winner will win $100, second place will win $50 and third place will win $30.

In 2016, Carmel High School won first place for a yearbook layout and second place for a graphic illustration, and Ben Davis High School won third place for a video feature story.
