Mary Beth Tinker will be visiting Franklin College on Wednesday, Oct. 23. She spoke at IHSPA convention in 2006 and will also be in attendance at the 2014 First Amendment Symposium. After retiring from nursing, Tinker began the “Tinker Tour,” as she travels to schools across the United States to speak about the First Amendment and her experiences. In the morning, Tinker will be speaking at North Central High School and then sharing at Franklin, in the chapel, around 4:00. This is open to anyone who would like to attend.
