The Woman’s Press Club of Indiana, a non-profit organization of media professionals in communication, is accepting entries for a high school journalism competition. The competition accepts entries from both male and female students. There are 20 categories in newspaper, yearbook, online, and broadcast. Work must be done by those in 9th-12th grade or seniors who graduated this past spring. According to WPCI’s website, 44 prizes were awarded in the 2012 contest. Nine of the first place winners then went on to win national awards.
